Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in your property being removed from the site. If this is the case no reimbursement of fees will be made.

Therefore it is the responsibility of the property owners to ensure descriptions provided are correct and in accordance with the full terms and conditions listed.

Complaints
If a number of complaints have been received involving a particular property we will contact the owner with a view to defining and correcting the situation. when no compromise can be found there will be no other option but to exclude the listing from the site forfeiting the owners right to any return on their registration. (This requirement is necessary for return visits to your properties, our site and more importantly, good public relations with our clients.)
